CITY CANNABIS CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
CODE OF CONDUCT
Compliance and safety at the City Cannabis Club™ is the number one priority always. Every single one of these rules must be followed all of the time or you will be asked to leave and potentially lose your membership. These rules are monitored and enforced by the local store staff, City Distributions staff, and special event security personnel. Respect these guidelines.
Entry and Identification:
1.All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID to verify age and membership status.
2.Entry will be denied to anyone under the age of 18.
3.For entry, membership cards or event tickets must be presented.
Cannabis Consumption:
1.Cannabis consumption is only allowed in designated areas, and not in retail spaces.
2.Attendees should NOT bring their own cannabis products to our stores, clubs or events.
3.Only cannabis products purchased from City Distributions LLC and City Cannabis Dispensary are permitted on premises.
4.Selling competing products on the premises and to club members even off-premise is strictly prohibited.
Safety Measures:
1.Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff including max occupancy.
2.In the case of any medical emergency or health concerns, notify event staff immediately.
3.Fire exits and safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits) should be kept clear and accessible at all times.
4.No running or disruptive behavior that may pose a safety hazard is allowed.
5.Attendees should report any security concerns to event staff promptly.
Alcohol and Other Substances:
1.Alcohol consumption is not allowed on the premises during the cannabis event.
2.Attendees suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or any non-cannabis substances may be asked to leave.
Respect and Conduct:
1.Respect the personal space and boundaries of other attendees.
2.Any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Photography and Recording:
1.Photography and recording may be restricted in certain areas.
2.Do not take photos or record others without their consent.
Outside Items:
1.Bags and belongings may be subject to security checks upon entry.
2.Outside food and beverages, including cannabis products, are not allowed within the club premises.

4.Financial Responsibility: Members should prioritize financial stability and not allow cannabis expenses to negatively impact their financial well-being. Budget wisely and avoid overspending on cannabis products.
5.Supporting Local Industry: Whenever possible, the club will source products locally, supporting the community and contributing to the economic well-being of the region.
6.Respect for Intellectual Property: Members are expected to respect intellectual property rights related to cannabis products and brands, promoting fairness and ethical business practices within the industry.
Happiness
7.Community and Inclusivity: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members, respecting each other’s backgrounds, preferences, and experiences. Foster a sense of belonging and happiness within the club.
8.Mindful Consumption: Encourage mindfulness in cannabis use, focusing on enhancing experiences, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation. Be aware of one’s own and others’ emotional and spiritual well-being.

By being present at City Cannabis Clubs you agree to follow all of these rules and hold harmless City Distributions LLC dba City Cannabis Dispensaries for any and all claims that may arise from not following these rules..
By paying for and subscribing to the Club Membership – you consent to and agree with all of these rules and the waiver below. You will be required to sign a waiver in person before entering the Club space.
CITY CANNABIS CLUB™ AGREEMENT
LIABILITY WAIVER, HOLD HARMLESS, AND TERMS
I hereby acknowledge and agree that my participation in activities and events hosted by CITY DISTRIBUTIONS LLC dba CITY CANNABIS DISPENSARY, hereinafter referred to as the “CLUB,” is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. In consideration for being granted membership, and the privilege to participate in CLUB activities, I hereby assume all risks, responsibilities, and liabilities associated with my participation. I fully understand that the use of cannabis products, whether provided by the CLUB or by myself, carries inherent risks and may impair my physical and mental abilities. I agree to consume cannabis responsibly and understand that the CLUB does not endorse or encourage the misuse of cannabis.
I further release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the CLUB, its officers, directors, members, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or harm that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me during my participation in CLUB activities. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement in its entirety and voluntarily agree to its terms.
Further, I acknowledge my CLUB membership is voluntary. I can terminate my membership with notice. My membership will automatically be canceled in the event of non-payment. The CLUB has the authority and reserve the right to cancel membership at any given time for any reason.
