Although our goal is to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase, the product, and their experience with our team and company, almost all sales are final. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all customers.

We typically only provide a refund when customers were accidentally charged twice or if we are unable to fulfill online orders. 

We only offer exchanges and refunds for broken, damaged and malfunctioning items. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted. No refunds for flower, prerolls, or edibles are allowed under any circumstances. We consider refunds and exchanges for vapes, cartridges, and electronic devices within 48 hours with proof of purchase and original packaging, unused within the terms of our refund and return policy parameters. Smoking accessories may be refunded or exchanged within the terms and conditions of this policy within 14 days of purchasing the item. 

Any issues with products will be remedied by exchange only when eligible and applicable with a proof of purchase or receipt. Exchanges are granted if we have proof of purchase, the item that is being exchanged is clean, unused and defective. 

We do not offer refunds in the circumstance of an event ticket or membership expiration. Event ticket refunds will only be allowed before the event has occurred. In the circumstance City cancels or reschedules an event we will refund the ticket or transfer the ticket to the rescheduled event date. Any membership related refund request will be reviewed by the City executive team and prorated refunds will be considered but full refunds are typically not granted. 

We understand that sizing can sometimes be challenging for clothing. Therefore, we offer exchanges for correct sizing within 30 days of purchase, provided customers have proof of purchase and the item is in new condition, unworn, with tags attached and without stains, or smell or damage or signs of wear.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will contact you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
